Recently, my sister told me that she dreamt of
Nanay. It was so vivid she thought it was real. She’s crying while sharing her dream. She was so frustrated not able to help
Nanay in her condition. I pity my sister and I know she misses
Nanay badly—we all do. I told her all we can do now is move on and face life with optimism. We can’t do anything about losing our mother but we can keep our family complete.
That’s another reason why being an
Ate is a hard task. Somehow, I had to take over responsibilities to compensate our lost. My prayer is for the Lord to continue strengthening each member of our family and keep us standing from every storm that comes our way. I pray for joy and the peace that passes understanding. Amen.
